Has anyone else experienced similar issues with USELESS Card Company? I’ve had multiple problems since applying for this card, which I won’t get into here.
Most recently, I’m missing over 5,000+ Avios from purchases made during the January cycle. My statement closes on the 14th of each month, and the Avios and QP usually post on the 15th or 16th. However, this month I haven’t received either the Avios or the QP associated with my January purchases.
The statement closed on the 14th and reflects the correct purchase amounts, but zero Avios or QP have been credited to my account. I opened a support ticket a couple of days ago and haven’t received any feedback yet. I feel like begging each time to make things correct on their end. Pretty USELESS.
