Hello. I have a short connection in FRA (1:20) flying to Vegas with Discovery Airlines (first leg is Lufthansa). As they only fly to Vegas twice a week, the usual 'we'll rebook you for the same flight next day' doesn't really work, and I was wondering what is a priority order of operation when they try to rebook me in case of a missed connection. The ticket is an award flight in business class made via miles and more, if that matters.

- Would they find me another spot in business class (or at least try), or can they downgrade me?
- As there are no more direct flights to Vegas for the next few days, there would have to be an additional leg in US with United, what happens to the class there?
- Is it possible to get United business class for the intercontinental flight from them, or would they try to put me on Lufthansa's flight (and what if there are no business seats available there)?
