Your phone can charge with 27 watts max. A normal USB-A port only puts out 10 watts on a good day. When it comes to USB-C, cable and charger both matter since they negotiate with the phone to determine charge voltage and charge rate.

As for cables, get a brand name with decent wattage rating. Anker, Baseus, Iniu, Ugreen are ones I've owned and perform. Iniu is probably my favourite, but I use all of those. I only buy cables capable of 100 watts minimum, with all of the cables in my travel bag supporting 100w-240w, so they'll power any device I have including my laptops. Baseus and Ugreen both sell cables with built in power meters if you want to keep an eye on them.

As for chargers, same as above, go with a brand name. These days my primary ones are the Anker chargers with displays, as I'm a geek and want to see how fast my devices are charging. Get at least a 30w charger, preferably 45w charger.
