Have SQ awards been a problem? I recently booked a business class seat LHR-MEL with no problems at all. All my perferred flights were available.

WOW!

When I last tried, the special "partner awards" team at bmi said they'd NEVER seen award availability in C or F on SQ. Perhaps things have gotten better!

Here's hoping....
