Salad was 95% leaves and 3 cucumbers and tomatoes.
Starter was an interesting sweet potato tartare like thing. It was actually pretty good.
Lo Mein was fine. Lacking in flavor depth, but sufficiently filling and non-greasy. Tofu and trumpet mushrooms added good texture. As a vegetarian, it was decent for an AA in flight meal. Better than the cheese-on-cheese-on-cheese pasta options
My wife got the short rib. She was decidedly less happy with her selection.
