I have two friends who, through their regular business travel patterns, will now reach GGL this year having previously thought it was way, way beyond them, while I will lose mine.

Both of them are far more valuable to BA than I have been - but still their overall spend hasn't increased while mine has decreased.

On the statistically insignificant sample of the 3 of us, BA will now have more GGLs to look after (2 vs the one of me), with a decreased overall revenue across the 3 of us, Therefore I can confirm it's been a bad move on BA's part to change the system ( possibly )
