You'd be paying a premium for the Apple name. Ease of use, sure, but not really particularly good performance. I use a cabled pair from Audio-Technica that work just as well - better sound in ear, IMO - and haven't lost them in the last ~10 years. The current model can be had for under US$65 if you look around..
