I can only see the USA East Coast weather disruption/rebooking advice as per the post below and sorry I can't help anymore.

As it's a BA ticket I think (not 100% sure) their policy would apply in this fluid situation. Perhaps the GGL line may be able to advise to see if there's any more information re your situation?
