I disagree with a lot of the posts here. I think it’s a nice thing for the crew to do (a personal greeting for those in economy and being referred to by name in Club). Especially now that Golds will have had to spend a lot of money with BA.

Similar to the myriad catering threads, just because you don’t like X, doesn’t mean X should be stopped! As when the axe falls it may be for something you do like!!
