I fear that what people say they will do, and what they actually do are two different matters. They are happy to complain here but we can do nothing to help except to tell people how they should proceed. I have not experienced this sort of shoddy service. If I do, I will be sure to tell the crew, Customer Service, and you in that order. These meals look worse and worse and less and less. Complain away to the Customer Experience person. Do not mince words (sorry no pun intended).
Well according to BA Customer Services Pucci service was too rushed before so that’s why they’ve introduced these catering cutbacks.

I am returning from Malaga in Club (non Ploughman’s flight) and will as ever be giving my feedback. Though if they refuse to roll these changes back then I will feedback with my wallet instead and fly with someone else.
