I think they possibly took the seats out of a retired B777-200LR and put them in a B777-300ER recently. But otherwise QR hasn't done many conversions recently and seems pretty happy for the B777s to run around with a eclectic selection of cabins and seats.
They retrofitted two last year (BAH and BAK) to cover the additional Australian routes they are operating for Virgin Australia. No more ongoing retrofits to my knowledge.
