How are the rooms?
52SQM Tokyo Skytree and Sumidagawa River/Tokyo Bay View with specious Tokyo Bay Viewbath. Located on 16th to 17th floor. Chaise longue, small table, 2x Accent Chair, Nespresso, SONY 55inch Android LCD TV, SONY Blu-Ray Player, iHome Bluetooth Speaker, and dressing table. No proper workstation.

How is the Club Lounge?
Closed (Under renovation work until 25th Feb. 2026)

How is the NAGOMI Lounge?
Located on the 3rd floor. All Club access guests are granted access to the NAGOMI Lounge (also known as the Japanese Lounge) as an alternative to the Club Lounge during the current renovation period. Great products! An outstanding range of authentic Japanese cuisine at the NAGOMI Lounge throughout its operating hours.

Breakfast: 8:00-11:00 (LO10:30)
Afternoon Tea: 14:00-16:00
Evening Cocktail: 17:30-21:30 (Dinner LO 20:00, Drink LO 21:00)




(Only Japanese cuisine is served, in keeping with the name “NAGOMI”, which carries the triple meaning of harmony, relaxation, and a celebration of Japanese culture.)

Please note that access to this lounge is not included as part of a standard room upgrade and is normally available only to guests booking rooms with NAGOMI Lounge access, not for a subject of Milestone Rewards Annual Lounge Membership.

However, that the management has confirmed the NAGOMI Lounge will close permanently at the end of May 2026. Originally, this lounge has been created by converting the space of the former Japanese restaurant. Details regarding the future use of this location after its closure have not yet been announced by the management.
