Tried getting LP from an alsaskan flight on HI metal.... no luck. Here is the response from AA:
We have received your request to post AAdvantage® miles for travel takenon January 10, 2026. We are sorry to disappoint; however, this trip isnot eligible to earn AAdvantage® miles. The flight was booked and ticketed on Alaska Airlines through itscodeshare relationship with Hawaiian Airlines. In this specificsituation, Alaska Airlines codeshare flights operated by HawaiianAirlines are not eligible to earn AAdvantage® miles. We sincerely regretany misunderstanding. For future reservations involving AAdvantage®participating airlines, please ensure that the itinerary is eligible formileage credit—especially when booking a codeshare flight, aseligibility may depend on the operating carrier. More information about AAdvantage® participant airlines can be found ataa.com/airlines at your convenience.
