Same route, plane & seat a couple months ago and your crew sounds just like mine. It was really bad. Your entree looks good but the salad & app are a bit lame Imo for long haul J. My salad had nothing in it and was half the size of yours. My app was pretty bad, just a little dollop of crab meat. Would have preferred some watermelon & feta even if its mini portion.
Wonder if we had the same crew or just an AKL thing. More likely just a coincidence.
Agree regarding the salad. It was just some lettuce and endive with absolutley nothing else. When I asked the FA what the dressing options were, I was simply told "you get what you get." The entire inflight service was met with similar hostility. Very bizarre, especially for a senior DFW-based crew.
