So I started sending emails with screenshots and a link to the offer, trying to explain the misunderstanding—without any luck.

Finally, I said, ‘Okay, please just send me the link to the current offer.’ And they sent me a link to the 100,000 Avios offer 😂😂😂. I applied from the given link and again got only 25k + 25k (the current flying offer).
