Others have to travel to another airport because work has taken them to X and they need to get to Y to operate a flight. None of that is going to change, nor is that "zero good reason". AA's pilots have F travel negotiated into their contract, as do DL and UA.
No, I dismissed it because it was incorrect.
AA pilots are only guaranteed F if they are on duty (aka deadheading,) thus it is controllable by the company as to not find themselves in the downgrade situation. If they are commuting, they are not guaranteed F.
