Saved me at Newark this morning. PreCheck shutdown this morning so the security lines were an absolute mess. Exited elevator from GS lobby and turned right towards the Fasttrack line. Flagged down one of the security agents who escorted me to the front of the line -- saved me at least 30 minutes of waiting.
