My corporate TA refuses to touch tickets upgraded with a Gold Upgrade Voucher. Not sure if it’s how they are supposed to behave, but they are one of the big ones so I assume it’s not uncommon. I have changed dozens of these throughout the years, but have always gone through BA (with the aforementioned need of storing the fare and penalties if prior to departure, and way more easily if the first sector was already flown).
