When calling two numbers today, I heard that the only way to find out the payment address is to initiate chat with a computer and then transition to a human. Has anyone found another way to get the payment address? Most banks and credit unions seem to openly publish each payment address on their public web sites.

The only reason I'm worried is the report here that deposit verification is delayed or not working.
