The fact I was never recognized for my loyalty with BA is a major reason why I stopped flying BA metal entirely. AA, for all of their faults, at least always greeted me by name, every single flight. My BA status, ironically, was recognized by QR and JL. Only QF seems to treat their loyal customers worse.
