I qualified for KB when they announced the program lat year. I emailed to clarify if activity in Jan, Feb and Mar this year may get rolled into the first year to provide a headstart to requalify. AirNZ confirmed the status points would reset so effectively be wasted.
Thanks for the information, this is disappointing. I would have thought at least some of the additional SP would be counted as roll-over for next year's KB retention. SP roll-over is listed as a benefit of KP and KB.
