To update....
My wife and I have seperate customer service claims with RAM. After 20 working days I emailed RAM to give them 20 more working days before I start a Small Claims Court process. I only did this under my customer number.

My wife after about 30 working days received a confirmation saying it was RAMs fault and offering 600 euros cash or 700 euros RAM credits.

I am yet to receive a response but fair play to RAM for acknowledging responsibility and not making any low ball offers for compensation. I am relaxed about waiting for my response from customer service as they have already acknowledged responsibility to my wife so am guaranteed the same whenever they process my request.
