Just checked my calendar, it was Feb 10th so just under 2 weeks ago actually not a 'few weeks'.

Guess I may have gotten lucky with an agent that didn't get the memo, or they reversed this decision again. Thinking about it, the office was staffed by two people even at that late hour. So that reduces the likelihood of just the individual employee forgetting a staff memo to stop issuing these cards as neither of them were busy when I approached.
