But how do you propose cabin crew greet you? They do not you know you personally. They just see that you fly a lot with BA. It will be robotic until you make it personal. I always try to engage with cabin crew. They are there for me, but they are human-beings first and most of all. Most passengers are robotic to cabin crew as well. Of course, you will strike a better rapport once you engage with people.
