Thank you. My husband explained to me what it was. I thought my English was good enough to order food without him, but to my embarrassment it is not. When I see “carpaccio,” I immediately think of fish or meat, and I thought it was the latter. Now that I think about it, I actually asked the member of cabin crew whether it was meat and she said “yes,” so I think we both did not know what it was. And I really really really would like to ask people not to pass judgements about her. It was not a big deal. I am more embarrassed myself that I thought it was something it was not.
