Man, everything was easy peasy! Based on some of the reviews I did not experience anything negative whatsoever? Maybe timing. We arrived and were in line for immigration for maybe 15-20 minutes but then moved swiftly. Luggage seemed to be a little bit of a wait but nothing happening here that was abnormal than anywhere else.
Leaving - left Miraflores at 4AM and got to the airport at 4:37AM - Checked in immediately. Security and Immigration super quick! I did do the Migrachek (pre registered and all) and walked up to the kiosks and started the process. The guy walks over and says "only Peruvian passports accepted here". I was about to tell him that it just accepted my passport but because there was virtually no one line - we just agreed and went through the other line in about 5 minutes.
Spent the rest of the 2.5 hours in the Lima Lounge - cannot remember what it was exactly called but we were flying Air Canada business class so whatever lounge that we were accepted in was the one. Just relaxed and then went to boarding approximately 15 minutes before it was scheduled.
...that was a GONG SHOW more than anything. Everybody is lined up everywhere and of course we want to take advantage of our our zone 1 boarding. I make every attempt not be rude but seen the sign for zone 1 and just asked politely to the 50 people lined up and they all just said it is all the same line get in the back. lol. ---- waited a bit then just walked around everyone and pulled the stanchion off and boarded through. I have no idea what was going on but it was a big mess.

Happily got on the plane and have nothing negative to say about the Lima airport for the most part other than the boarding process.
