Question - aside from my annoyance with EVA and their stupid rules on processing upgrades for companion passengers, if we have no EVA status and go on the waitlist in #1, #2 position, if another customer with EVA status decides to waitlist the same flights, will they move ahead of us so we both continue drifting down the waitlist? I assume it's the case so if we can't confirm at time of booking we may cancel the ticket and look at other options.
