After reading through the thread I have 2 questions -

Are the new rates dependent on using the UA card to buy the ticket? Will we still get the cardholder rate if paid with Amex? Second, this goes into effect April 2. How does this impact UA accruals on partner airlines (non-UA ticket) flight after that date?
