IROPS Booking Issue

Hi folks,

My wife and I were just rebooked onto BA due to a WS cancellation today. We are to fly LHR-YYZ tomorrow on BA 93. The WS agent gave me the PNRs (there are two as our tickets had to be split) but we are unable to check in online. The BA website does not recognize the PNR/booking.

Is this possibly because it has not yet been ticketed? Or, will we just have to wait until tomorrow when we are at T5 to check in?

Is there something else we need to be concerned about? After spending almost 5 hours in hold with WS to get this sorted, I would like to be done with rebooking…

Edit to add: we were able to pull up the ticket on the app and now have ticket numbers. We are not able to check in, however. The app returns an error when we enter the PNRs. If there is a ticket numbers, that means it is properly ticketed, correct?
