Is there a concrete timeline for when the 2-Cabin Express Fleet is going to be 100%?

Two months after the go dead date for Gogo (or whatever the last incarnation was properly called) the majority of my Express flights are Starkinked but I'm still encountering an unacceptably high rate (~25%) of aircraft that are completely dark -- it seems when they turned off Gogo they also turned off the PDE.

Now I'll be the first to say I hate PDE and much prefer seatback (so I can use my PD for something other than E and also have the screen in a comfortable location) but to go from a sort-of OK-ish IFE option to completely dark seems like a substantial regression.
