Considering either a IAH-NRT or SFO-TPE round trip in July-August. Is the NRT flight is an easier clear to RN or PZ?

Is seats.aero the best tool to alert you to IN, PZ and RN space? Their site says their UA data is not fully updated due to a recent outage. Anyone have recent experience with it?
