I'm going to Shanghai next week and I'm considering staying here because it's new. What are the opinions on the neighborhood?

I stayed at the Park Hyatt two weeks ago, which felt isolated, and I was bored of the breakfast by the third day. I know the other Andaz is supposed to be in a lively area. What is that ITC area like? Are there places to eat and get snacks nearby?

Price I'm getting is around US$210.
