Looking for recent SIN shower advice.

I’m Star Alliance Gold and also have Priority Pass, flying Economy, departing T3 on my next layover.

Last Saturday I used the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge (T3) at about 21:30 and waited 1h50m for a shower. I’d like to avoid repeating that.

For this next transit, I believe I can potentially use:
• Changi Lounge (Jewel)
• Plaza Premium Lounge (T1)
• Natureland (T1)
• Marhaba Lounge (T1 / T3)
• SATS Premier Lounge (T1 / T2 / T3)
• TranSpa (T2)
• Ambassador Transit Lounge (T2 / T3)
• KrisFlyer Gold Lounge (T2 / T3)

Questions for those with recent experience:
• Best option for a clean shower with the shortest wait?
• Any of these consistently better/worse for cleanliness or queue times?
• If departing T3, is it worth heading to Jewel/T1/T2 just for a shower?
