The number of people posting here that they will or have just qualified for GGL suggests that maybe BA’s thresholds are not going to result in thinning of the status herd some people imagine. Similarly, the couple across from me on a flight in F a couple of weeks ago were busy telling the crew how happy they were that the husband would be qualifying for Gold for the first time after that flight like his business traveller wife.

I look forward to seeing just how busy F Wing is at the start of private school holidays and ski season next year when basically every Gold member is the same London-based professional / used to be a professional retiree / professional family with children in private school in future!
