Unlike others this earnings change is a disincentive for me. It makes me reconsider the status chase and look into free agency even though I’m based at a UA hub.

If the UA/Chase people are looking to stand out their CC, offer something like a ChatGPT or Gemini Pro subscription as a benefit that no one’s done yet.
