Are you saying the problem was the upgrade from Delta Main to Delta Comfort? Or that you dont see it post re-seat assignment in your app? Did you try logging out and logging back in>? Are other trips missing?
There are numerous reports of this happening with close-in changes of various kinds in other threads dating back a long time, including
Delta app and website technical problems?
