Reason my flight VL2482 from Munich to London on 19 February 2026 was cancelled?
Our Lufthansa flight VL2482 from Munich to London Heathrow on 19 February 2026 at 18.35 was cancelled yesterday. It was snowing, but most flights left. I was travelling with my disabled daughter. We were put on a flight to Brussels, which was delayed, which resulted in us missing our connection to London. It was all very stressful - we didn't have access to our suitcase, so had to sleep in our clothes. No food as it was 11pm. after asking managed to get a toothbrush and toothpaste. The whole experience was stressful. Is there anyone out there who knows why the flight was cancelled approx. 1.5 hours before takeoff? I am wondering whether it is worth putting in a claim? Many thanks in advance.
