I had a great concierge experience the other day. I needed to go YVR-YLW the other day last minute for a family matter but the only option with seats was the last flight of the day at 22:00. I booked it and got in an Uber to the airport to see if I could standby for something earlier.

I called the concierge, explained the situation, he agreed that all the other options were J0 Y0 - some oversold - , he called the YVR concierge, came back a couple times just to advise he was still working on it. Finally a few minutes before arriving at the airport he came back on the line, “acrooksie, it’s done. You’re on the 12:55. I’ve already checked you in. Boarding starts in 20 minutes.”

Without the help and dedication of this concierge, I wouldn’t have made it in time.
