When chatting with someone they basically say they are working on it, but have no idea when the payment to my mortgage company will be paid. They deducted it from my checking account on Tuesday, this is so frustrating!
They can't make send payments to external accounts. They can't even send two microdeposits for verification purpose to an external bank account I'm trying to link to. March 1 is only a few days away. Bilt's got some serious problem on its hands.
