Wait time to chat with a live agent yesterday was over 7 hours. My mortgage still has not been paid and I initiated the payment 1 week ago. This is absolutely absurd. Next time I will of course not use BillPay and use the routing number and account number to pull the payment, but I don't have much faith in that, based on how badly things have been handled. When chatting with someone they basically say they are working on it, but have no idea when the payment to my mortgage company will be paid. They deducted it from my checking account on Tuesday, this is so frustrating!
