Just get them a Bilt account and card - you can then pay their mortgage and get points.
We added the kids to our cards - each needed a separate Bilt Rewards account - then set up payments for the rent and mortgages.
We have their access info saved and when needed the kids are good about telling me the text code at once
The settings specify all the points go to main card holder; voila 1 card with 2x and all points combine
But I would like to avoid having another card and account to manage, that's why I wanna pay everything from my account.
Also, here is claim that you don't get points from mortgage. I am confused...

Not really. You can get points in other ways (e.g. by buying point boosters). You are not being rewarded for mortgage payments (which is what Bilt likes you to think, and what is at the root of all this confusion).
