Here is my summary

Cat 9/10 changes - Impacts very few people, so I dont see this as a big concern unless they move everything up a cat
Cert changes - 1-5 is long overdue, and top off is game changer to me
New CC - The offerings are pretty much spot on and great, except it should be 1-8 certificate, not a 1-5 for that price
