I think it should work. Bilt 2.0 T&C only exclude "Bilt Housing Payments", which are defined to be rent/mortgage payments
made through Bilt app or website. If you're risk adverse, you could try make a small payment via your rental portal first, and pay the balance later that way after confirmation.
