BAC Account locked
Email arrived recently from BAC:

My best guess is this has come from a recent email address change I made, though I did also make some HHA changes a couple of months prior too.
Their predicted time of 2 weeks was almost a month ago now - does anyone know a more accurate timeframe for me to hear anything back? I presume there's nothing I can do beyond sit and wait.
