The flight was 27th Dec and they did sent an email to EI for clarification of the flight being cancelled on 11th Jan
"Thank you for having written to us with a refund query.
We’re currently waiting for some information to support your claim from Aer Lingus Airlines which hasn’t yet come back to us. Please be assured that as soon as we receive the response from them, your claim will be assessed".
