How long ago was the flight? BA won't do anything unless and until they acknowledge the MAN-MCO flight was cancelled and that the ticket needs to be sent to the back office for a refund calculation and processing. You can't stop chasing BA until they confirm it has been sent to the refund queue. I suspect this is going to take a lot of prompting from you.
