unless there is a sign that says uk passport holder can use some/all of the egates, then you need to join the all passport lines. some airports do allow uk passport holders to use egates, but they have to have someone stood behind to stamp your passport afterwards - i don't know whether ZRH does that, but in the absence of any signs you have to assume not. i am afraid registering at the kiosks does not automatically mean you can use egates, and stamping will continue until at least EES is fully rolled out - now expected autumn 2026.
