Something seems a bit off here, The current business card earns 4x and this is going to earn 10X? so basically on a $5k property spend you get an extra 30K points.

Members receive full tier benefits, but Milestone Rewards such as confirmed Suite Upgrade Awards and My Hyatt Concierge will not trigger until 60 qualifying nights are actually earned through stays and spend.
That sounds like a recipe for confusion
