Interesting - full dinner service on DL 489 SEA-RDU on Feb 18 - interesting because it was a redeye departing SEA at 1015 pm. Last minute booking for me so I wasn't offered advance meal selection.
This flight has generally been a 4 pm departure, but had a few 1015 pm redeye departures in the last week - not delays or disruptions but in the schedule as a 1015 pm redeye.
Maybe we got the late night dinner because the flight number was programmed for a meal?
