I would be super duper curious to see what's in those manuals. Does anyone know if any such manuals from TK or other airlines have leaked online? I'm wondering if it's anything like predeployment cultural sensitivity trainings for military personnel. Those can be hilarious. I couldn't find any military ones with a quick google search but the
second picture on this page can give you an idea of what those can look like.
Of course it's a bit -or more than that- brown nosey. At the end it's part of a corporate podcast series.
I've seen some check-in and ticketing manuals but nothing from the cabin. Try the search function or check under other forums and share with us if you find something.
